Warranty and Returns

All accessories can be replaced once within 12 months for free, and free delivery or free return to the factory for repair is provided, without paying postage (battery replacement depends on actual use).

Easy to put together excellent workmanship strong build great value for money have been out a few times and battery power is really good I’m almost sixty nine years old and the bike makes a trip out very enjoyable don’t use electric power very much on level ground but what a difference when using it for going uphill highly recommend this bike for quality and cost
