It features adjustable handlebar height, gear control, a headlight, ambient lighting, and a dual-brake system. Important Note: Always wear protective gear when using; riding on public roads is strictly prohibited.

[Three Adjustable Speeds] The R12 PRO children's electric scooter is equipped with a 150W motor (peak power 220W) and offers three speed modes: ECO (6 km/h), D (12 km/h), and S (18 km/h), suitable for beginners and experienced riders. The 25.2V, 5.2Ah battery provides a maximum range of 15 km (actual range may vary depending on load, temperature, speed, road conditions, and other factors).

[Adjustable Handlebars] The R12 PRO children's electric scooter is designed for children's growth, with handlebar height adjustable to three heights (94/103/109 cm). Silicone handlebars enhance riding comfort and are suitable for different ages and developmental stages. When folded, it measures only 87 x 35 x 40 cm and weighs just 7.4 kg (16.31 lbs), making it easy to store and carry.

【Safety Lights and LED Display】The R12 PRO features a bright headlight and prominent side lights on the pedals. The LED display allows younger riders to easily see speed modes and battery status, improving safety and riding enjoyment.

【Dual Braking System】A dual braking system consisting of an electronic brake and a rear brake ensures reliable braking performance in various road conditions. 7-inch solid rubber tires enhance shock absorption, allowing you to easily handle various terrains.

Warranty and Returns

Up to 24 months warranty and lifetime maintenance service

All accessories can be replaced once within 12 months for free, and free delivery or free return to the factory for repair is provided, without paying postage (battery replacement depends on actual use).

If the fault occurs within 1-12 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, without postage and parts replacement costs.

If the fault occurs more than 12-24 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, and you need to pay for shipping, but you do not need to pay for parts and repair costs.

2 Car replacement service (normal use)

If the fault occurs within 2 months and cannot be repaired. We can directly replace the car. No need to pay for shipping and car cost (0 yuan replacement)

If the fault occurs within 2-6 months and cannot be repaired, you can pay a small amount of shipping to exchange for a new car.

If the fault occurs more than 6-24 months and cannot be repaired, you only need to pay 30%-50% of the car price.

We mail accessories to customers, and the accessories will be replaced free of charge within 12 months. No shipping fee is required, and no accessories fee is charged.
