We offer different shipping methods, such as DPD, DHL, GLS, SEUR, BRT, Tuffnells, LA POSTE and GEODIS. We ship from overseas warehouses near you, and the shipping method depends on your delivery address.

Delivery Location

We only ship to Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Austria, Greece, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Belgium, France, Poland, Ireland, Estonia, Sweden, Lithuania, Romania, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States. We do not ship to other countries or regions. Some remote areas and postal codes are also not shipped, such as 97000-97999, 98100-98999, 00200, 35000-35999, 38000-38999, 51000-51999, 52000-52999. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you to change the shipping address or give you a refund. After receiving your reply, we will handle it for you within two hours.

Transportation business hours

Shipping hours are 9am to 5pm (UTC), Monday through Friday. Our warehouse is closed on holidays and weekends. 

Once an order has been submitted and received, our processing time is 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Once the order has been processed, we will ship it and it will take an additional 1-5 business days, depending on the state you live in and the delivery service you choose.

Shipping status

Once your order has been packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be available.
