All accessories can be replaced once within 12 months for free, and free delivery or free return to the factory for repair is provided, without paying postage (battery replacement depends on actual use).

If the fault occurs within 1-12 months, we will give you a return mailing slip to send it back to the repair warehouse for repair, without postage and parts replacement costs.

2 Car replacement service (normal use)
If the fault occurs within 2 months and cannot be repaired. We can directly replace the car. No need to pay for shipping and car cost (0 yuan replacement)
If the fault occurs within 2-6 months and cannot be repaired, you can pay a small amount of shipping to exchange for a new car.
If the fault occurs more than 6-24 months and cannot be repaired, you only need to pay 30%-50% of the car price.

The bike is super good, as the title says, I would recommend buying it. You can see directly on the box that is categorized as Pedelec(wich is safe for those who don't know),that means can be ridden as a normal bicycle, so no need of insurance or numbers on it. Just pay attention on the road and be safe with you and the other participant on trafic.
Pros:
Best price for an e fat bike.
Came with gift accessories like ring bell, complete reflectors, stvzo lights, hand pump, lock and tools to assemble it.
The range is 60 km even on cold wheater(just with pas mode). Will be better when whether is gonna be better and wormer.
CE markings all over the bike,battery and motor, comes with a certificate of european conformity.
Very good lights in night.
Contras:
Unfortunately no brake light, but you can simply attach and smart brake light in the back to be noticeable that you slow down or stop.
Rear suspension is to strong for my 65 kilos, luckily the seat is soft.
Kind of hard to use it when there is no more battery, hard to push it, maybe better gears cassette and maybe 3 or 2 crank speeds(but that can increase the price of course).
With all of this the bike is still perfect, fun to drive has a long range.
